and lunch. In the afternoon, with our coach, we will arrive in Ferrol
where our train will be waiting for us. Presentation of the Crew and
accommodation. Visit to Viveiro, free time, dinner, and night in Viveiro.
Early departure with the train from Luarca. After breakfast,
we will take our coach to visit Gijón. In the afternoon,
we will head to visit the capital of Asturias, Oviedo.
Visit and free time. At the end of the afternoon, we will head
to Llanes by train, dinner on board, and night in Llanes.
After breakfast, we will head to visit the Medieval Village of Santillana del Mar and the Neo-cave of Altamira. While we eat, the train will arrive in Santander. Visit, free time, and dinner at a typical restaurant. Night in Santander.
While we have breakfast, we will arrive in Ribadeo, from where we will take a coach to the Oscos area to visit the ethnographic complex of "Os Teixois." Castro de Taramundi and the knife museum. Food in Taramundi. In the afternoon, we will arrive by train at the first Asturian enclave, Luarca, The White Town of the Green Coast. Visit. Dinner and night in Luarca.
After breakfast, we will depart by coach to Arenas de Cabrales. Visit to the Cabrales Cheese Cave-Museum, then we will head to Poncebos, where the famous Cares River route ends. In a funicular, we will cross the mountain and reach the idyllic village of Bulnes. Lunch in Arenas de Cabrales. In the afternoon, visit Llanes and take the train to Cabezón de La Sal. Dinner and night in Cabezón de La Sal.
During breakfast, the train will advance to Treto. By coach, we will approach to visit the old town of Laredo. Boat ride through the bay to Santoña. Visit to an anchovy canning factory in Santoña. Subsequently, we will take a train to the Biscayan capital, Bilbao. Lunch at a typical restaurant and end of the trip around 4:30 PM.
