Children

As long as they are accompanied by an adult, children up to four years of age will enjoy free accommodation and breakfast, being able to travel in the suites, rooms or cabins of the Luxury Trains and make use of all the train and travel services, and being covered by the compulsory passenger insurance. The rest of the expenses that may arise in the child's trip, such as lunches, dinners, tickets and visits, will be paid by the adult that they are traveling with.

Adults who are accompanied by a child up to four years of age must pay the following supplements when acquiring their adult ticket:

a) If an adult and a child (adult + child) are travelling in a double cabin, the adult will pay the single occupancy supplement for the double cabin/suite and the child will travel free of charge with him/her.
b) In double occupancy, with two adults and one child in the same cabin, the child will travel free of charge with one adult, who will pay the price per person in double occupancy, while the other adult will travel in another suite/cabin and pay the price per person in single occupancy of the double cabin/suite, plus the corresponding supplement, where applicable (for Grand Class Suites (CVE), Grand Class Rooms (TAA), and Standard Compartments (ELR).
c) In triple occupancy (only for Grand Deluxe Suite and Deluxe Suite), the suite will be paid as in double occupancy, with the child travelling free of charge.

Children over four years old will pay for the full ticket.

Children up to fourteen years of age must travel accompanied by an adult in all cases. All children under the age of eighteen will travel under the responsibility of their mother, father or guardian.

Accessibility

All Luxury Trains, although remodelled and equipped with the latest technologies, are historic and vintage trains, so their interior is not suitable for the use of wheelchairs, similar devices or walkers. Since they are vintage trains that aim to preserve their original charm and layout, they are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

People with mobility limitations may travel on board these trains when they have a minimum of mobility and must always be accompanied by another person who will provide them with the help they may need.

In any case, the Luxury Trains’ staff must be consulted regarding any limitation or problem affecting mobility before booking the ticket.
