Renfe Viajeros will be liable to the customer for the management of the trip and compliance with the rest of the obligations arising from the contract, regardless of whether there is any subcontracting.

Renfe Viajeros will not be held liable when the non-fulfilment or defective fulfilment of the contract:

• Is attributable to the client.

• Is attributable to a third party, unrelated to the services provided for in the contract and is unforeseeable or insurmountable.

• Is due to force majeure.

• Is due to an event that Renfe Viajeros, despite having performed all the necessary diligence, could not foresee or overcome.
  

Language, Entire Contract, Applicable Law And Jurisdiction

With respect to documentation with contractual value, the Spanish version will prevail over translations into another language.

These Conditions, together with the catalogues, quotes and other documentation with contractual value relating to the Tourist Trains, form a full and binding agreement between the parties, which is subject to Spanish legislation.
